Meet Cheri Eggleston
With more than two decades of experience in real estate staging, Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Cheri Eggleston has staged thousands of homes throughout the Sacramento region, helping sellers maximize their home's appeal and marketability.
Cheri works closely with many of the area's top REALTORS®, bringing a trained eye, extensive design experience, and a deep understanding of what today's buyers respond to. Her approach goes beyond simply filling a room with furniture. She carefully considers each home's architecture, scale, layout, and unique features to create spaces that feel intentional, inviting, and connected.
Cheri believes great staging isn't about making a home look like everyone else's. It's about revealing what makes each home special.
Known for her thoughtful furniture arrangements and visually striking vignettes, Cheri blends current design trends with timeless style. She believes in less is more, using carefully selected furnishings and décor to create visual impact without overwhelming the home. Her goal is to capture a buyer's attention the moment they walk through the door and create an emotional connection that helps them envision themselves living there.
Understanding that selling a home can be stressful, Cheri brings a calm, organized, and collaborative approach to every project. She carefully coordinates every detail of vacant home staging, from furniture and décor selection to delivery, installation, and removal. Her extensive and continually evolving inventory allows her to tailor each staging to complement the property's architecture, scale, style, and target buyer.
Cheri doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to staging. Every home tells a different story, and her job is to make sure buyers see its best one.
Cheri is a proud member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and currently serves as Vice President of the Sacramento Regional Chapter, helping promote professionalism, education, and high standards within the staging industry.
Beyond the Business
Cheri is married, has three adult children and four grandchildren, and calls Roseville, California home. When she's not transforming homes, you'll likely find her weight training at the gym, gardening, experimenting with sourdough, keeping up with the latest design trends, or enjoying time with family and friends.
After more than 20 years in the business, Cheri still genuinely loves what she does. She brings experience, creativity, common sense, and a personal commitment to every project and that passion shows in every home she stages.
